As the principal thinker behind the zero-based thinking system, Eric has propelled over 1,000 startups to launch and supported the growth of more than 10,000 businesses, generating billions in investment and significantly impacting job creation.
As the founder of Start Co., an acclaimed venture architect firm, Eric has masterfully blended innovative talent with strategic investment to revolutionize tech startups, corporate innovation, and civic projects. His expertise has not only shaped new business models but has also been instrumental in advancing entrepreneurship programs at universities and driving civic advancements across North America and beyond.

Jillian has a passion for ice cream that’s equal to her passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. There’s a reason for this – As a business leader, Jillian founded Dolce Friot, a specialty frozen desserts company that built on her prior operations experience in her family’s ice cream business, Kimball Farm.
The compassion for founders that Jillian gained from starting her own business led her to join the small team that built the global Startup Program for Dassault Systemes SOLIDWORKS, with a community of over 30,000 startups. Jillian developed strategies and partnerships that now serve those startups, as well as hundreds of Accelerators, Incubators, & Makerspaces and Venture Capital organizations globally. Jillian brought this passion to Orbit.love to help startups and organizations build meaningful communities with the power of Orbit.love. Jillian is growing the Customer Love Team, which is responsible for guiding customers and startups through Orbit’s “Customer Love Continuum”. Al Pickett is the author of The Blackprint, an autobiographical look at how he became a trader and his trading practices. He has been trading for two decades and lives financially and geographically free as a result of his trading disciplines. Al’s expertise in trading, which he passes along through his coaching practice, is concentrated in the methodology, the psychology, and the risk management necessary to achieve personal trading transformation, long term consistency, and success in the financial markets.
Over the past nine years, Al built a community of profitable traders who embody his frameworks. Leveraging the success of his book, it is called The Blackprint Community.
Prior to all this Al bought, successfully grew, and sold a mortgage origination business. He also served as an entrepreneur in residence, board director, and advisor to other businesses.
